Casa Esperanto’s 2 spacious guest rooms are true havens for rest & relaxation. Each bedroom is furnished with 2 bunkbeds and provide flexible sleeping options for up to 5 guests in each room.
West-facing windows bring in ample sunlight during the day & provide gorgeous sunset views in the afternoon.
Each room is equipped with a ceiling fan and an AC for temperature control. Mosquito nets are also provided.
There are two bathrooms in the house, one located on each floor, and are shared among the guests staying at the house. The second floor bathroom offers a washing machine that is available for guest use.
The second floor balcony presents iconic views of the Pacific Ocean & endless moments of ‘tranquillo’ from the cozy hammocks hung along the hardwood terrace. This is a perfect place to drink a cup of coffee and check out the morning waves or enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sun disappear into the horizon.

Casa Esperanto requires a 50% deposit to reserve accommodations. The balance will be due upon arrival at check-in.
The cancelation policy offers NO REFUNDS of the deposit if canceling a reservation. However, we provide guests with the option to change the date of their reservation and apply the paid deposit funds toward a future stay at Casa Esperanto.

Wifi internet is available throughout the house for guests to use. PLEASE NOTE: Wifi internet services will only be provided for confirmed reservations of 5+ nights.

The property owner spends 6 months in Ecuador (December – April) and 6 months in Sweden (May-November) but is available year-round 24/7 via email (yoyomoran@gmail.com) to answer all guest’s questions and address concerns.

During the high season (December – May) the owner resides in Ecuador and will be available to assist guests more personally (via phone or in-person as needed) to provide advice about local activities & tours, travel plans, and getting from point A to B, and helping plan special events (as needed).

**PLEASE NOTE: The property owner may require the use of his PRIVATE ROOM ( very rare when guest are using the house ) at the Casa Esperanto property on occasion during peak season. Please contact us directly with inquires or to request further information.
